To reset your password, head over to the login page, and select the "Reset Password" link - it's underneath the Login button.
Enter your email address when prompted. This must be the email associated with the account you wish to recover.
If the email address is in our systems, we will send you an email with instructions to reset your account. If we don't recognise the email, we'll let you know.
The email may take a few moments to arrive, and when it does, click the link in the email to intitate your password reset. You will be asked to enter a new password.
Password requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- No more than 50 characters
- At least one upper case letter
- At least one lower case letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character - for example: !@£$%^&*
Caution
The email you will receive contains a link to reset your password. This link contains a unique code that we use to identify your password reset request. You must not share this code with anyone, not even linkchain employees, as it will allow anyone to change your account password.
Password reset requests are only valid for one hour. After this, a new code will have to be requested using the steps above. Only one code can be generated per hour.
